• Account: your email address and phone number.
• Profile: your name or display name, username, avatar, and any bio you add.
• Listings: the details, photos, and location of homes you publish.
• Connection graph: who you add to your circle or to your contacts, and who enters your network through a link you sent. Felix does not read your phone’s address book. See section 4.
• Activity: connections, access requests, shared links, and similar in-app actions.
• Technical: basic log and device data needed to run and secure the service.

• To provide Felix (accounts, listings, circle visibility, matching): performance of our contract with you.
• To compute trust and visibility (mutual connections, circle vs contact access): our legitimate interest in making a members-only network work, balanced against your rights.
• To keep the platform safe and prevent abuse: legitimate interest and legal obligation.
• To communicate with you about the service: contract and legitimate interest.
• Where we ask for it, your consent (which you can withdraw at any time).

Your connection graph is used only to compute mutual connections and visibility. Felix does not read your phone’s address book: your network is built solely from deliberate actions inside the app, such as sending someone a link, adding a member you found by name, or opening a link you received. We will never notify, message, or contact anyone on your behalf, and we will never sell or rent your data. Any outreach on Felix is a deliberate, pull-based action by a member.

• Other members, strictly according to your visibility settings (circle, contacts, links). Your real name, exact address, and contact details stay hidden until you accept a match.
• Service providers who process data on our behalf to run Felix (for example, hosting and database infrastructure), under contract and only on our instructions.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal data.

Felix relies on infrastructure providers (including [hosting/database provider, e.g. Supabase]) to store and process data in [region, e.g. the EU]. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for any period required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time (see section 8).

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format; and
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls that enforce your visibility settings. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit what any member can see to what you have chosen to share.

Felix uses only the cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep the service running securely. If we later add analytics or non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to inform you before it takes effect.
